HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY BOWS TO SHIP AND WILL I GET TRACKING INFORMATION?

Each Ellie & Gray product is made to order. We strive to make and ship each order within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email after purchase and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can expect to receive your order via USPS First Class Mail within 5-7 business days. Please contact us with any questions or request for expedited shipping at ellieandgraybows@gmail.com

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS OR SALES?

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

You can, please contact us within 24 hours with any changes or cancellations. 

WHAT'S YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS?

Since each bow is made to order, we do not currently accept returns. We do however, take pride in our products so if there is anything wrong on our end please email ellieandgraybows@gmail.com. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BOW COMES APART? 

All Ellie & Gray bows are 100% guaranteed! If your bow comes apart, send it back and we will fix or replace at no cost. Please email ellieandgraybows@gmail.com.
